An active coyote den was confirmed in the drainage culvert directly behind Building 7, with multiple residents reporting sightings of a mother, father, and pups. These are not passing animals—this is an established, territorial nest just feet from walking paths and pet routes.

• April 28, 2025: Resident submits photo and formal complaint to City Property
   
• March–April: No alerts, signs, or mitigation measures taken
   
• April 29th, 2025: Multiple residents confirm presence of pups—still no response

In 2013, he went to the South Dakota Supreme Court to avoid paying for his son’s final year of college.

Now, he ignores thefts, wildlife, and sanitation at Aderra with the same level of care: none.

Perry used to hold title of Vice President of the Aderra HOA. In theory, that means leadership, oversight, and responsibility.

In reality, Perry has vanished into the background, speaking up for no one—except when it’s time to protect President Calvin Roseth from scrutiny.

• Confirmed Role: Perry is listed on official board documents and property management rosters as Vice President of the Aderra HOA.
• 0 Public Statements. Perry has never responded to resident emails, community concerns, or public posts regarding:
  • The 17-day open gate security breach
  • Multiple confirmed vehicle thefts
  • Non-functional security cameras
  • A human feces incident in a shared stairwell
  • The active coyote den near Building 7
     
• Meeting Minutes (When Released):
   
  • Perry has never voted against Roseth, even when residents demanded action.
  • His record shows a consistent pattern of rubber-stamping every motion with no amendments or objections.
     
• Board Transparency Failures:
  • As VP, Perry is responsible for ensuring resident concerns reach the board.
  • Yet, when residents sent emails requesting urgent updates or safety action, Perry’s name never appeared in any reply.
    Not once. Not ever.
     
• Enabler by Silence: While other board members like Rob McMillan quietly co-sign dysfunction, Perry actively blocks reform by maintaining the illusion of stability.
  • Behind closed doors, sources confirm Perry defers every critical decision to Roseth.
  • In meetings (as noted by attending residents), Perry rarely speaks, and never pushes back.
